Detention / Demurrage / Port congestion / Port storage

Storage / Warehouse handling

Customs duties/taxes (if any), or any additional quarantine/inspection charges as due necessary by port authorities

Buddha import permit fees (if any)

Any abnormal access : outside/external lift, parking permit, stair carry

Long carry / Heavy carry (piano, safe,etc.)

Shuttle service

Split collection of empty boxes (after the delivery)

Setting up IKEA furniture or anything requiring special / qualified handyman services

Handyman / Maid services

Overtime / Weekend / Holidays work

Any potential unforeseeable surchage

Any charges advanced on behalf of the client in Thailand (e.g. customs duties, port storage, demurrage, detention, inspections, or other charges imposed by authorities or terminals) shall be billed back at actual cost plus a 10% administrative fee, with a minimum of USD 50.00.
