ORIGIN PANAMA - Included Services:

  • Basic disassembly of furniture and beds.
  • Packing and wrapping with high-quality materials.
  • Loading and secure placement in the container.
  • Packing list, inventory, and labeling of items.
  • Hauling the container to the port.
  • Standard export customs clearance and formalities.
  • Door-to-door shipment tracking.
  • Door-to-door quality control throughout the entire process.

ORIGIN PANAMA - Not Included Services:  
  • Use of heavy equipment (cranes, forklifts) not specified during the Pre-Move Survey. Charges vary based on equipment needed. Handyman services (ask for availability). 
  • For electrical, mechanical, gas, or other specific services not mentioned initially. Pickup at secondary locations not included in the Pre-Move Survey. Within Panama City: USD 100–250, depending on distance. 
  • Packing or transporting items not disclosed during the Pre-Move Survey. Extra charges apply if weight/volume exceeds the original estimate, affecting destination charges, freight, and resources.
  • Carrying items via stairs above or below one level. For 3rd floor or higher, USD 7 per cubic meter (e.g., 30 cbm above 2ndfloor = USD 210).  
  • Moving items over distances exceeding 50 meters charged at USD 7 per cubic meter. Use of hoisting services or external elevators(if needed).
  • Hoisting: USD 700–1,000; Stair carry: USD 10per item/floor (e.g., 10 stories = USD 100). 
  • Inspection costs by customs authorities (intrusive or X-ray), billed at cost. Customs inspections vary globally, with receipts provided.

  • Shuttle service: $160 per day
  • Upright piano moving: $275
  • Baby grand piano moving: $215
  • Vehicle handling: $425 (includes traffic authority registration)
  • Uncrating items from third parties: $35 per item
  • Additional transportation: $260 per day
  • Storage: $24.50 per CBM per month (plus $125 in/out fee)
  • Maid service (placing unpacked items inside furniture): $135 per day / maximum 50 boxes (includes kitchen, clothes, and toys)

 

Customer Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate moving dates with building or residential management for elevator reservations and area clearance. Be aware that additional items not accounted for will incur extra charges.
  2. Disconnect your equipment and computers to expedite the move.
  3. Ensure a designated client representative is present during the move to direct item placement. The company will not be responsible for goods placed in places previously not informed by the customer or his representative.


Required Documents:

  •   Copy of visa or residence permit + copy of Passport.
  •   Proof of residence abroad (e.g., water, electricity, or phone bills       ONLY IMPORT SERVICE).
  •   Original Passport (required for migration seal; processing time: 2–4 days).       ONLY IMPORT SERVICE)
  •   For diplomats: Letter from the embassy of origin confirming new assignment and start date.


Important Notes:

  • EXTREMEMOVERS PTY is not responsible for delays caused by building or residential coordination issues.
  • The company is not liable for misplaced items not directed by the client or the representative.
  • All receipts for additional charges (e.g., demurrage,inspections) will be provided to the client.
  • The company has no control over random inspections conducted by authorities.
  • Our company is not responsible for delays caused by strikes, protests, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

 

1. For exportservices, a 50% payment is required in advance upon signing the quote orcontract. The remaining 50% is due on the last day at the origin, prior toshipment departure. EXTREME MOVERS PTY will provide a booking confirmation fromthe shipping company, airline, or ground transportation provider.

2. Moving dates must be reconfirmed at least 72 hours in advance to avoid additional charges for services already scheduled.

3. In the event of a cancellation made less than 72 hours before the scheduled start, the company will retain 15% of the total quoted and approved amount for the service. EXTREME MOVERS PTY S.A will refund the remaining balance as soon as possible.
