INCLUSIONS / EXCLUSIONS
THC estimate (excluded from quote above)
- 20’ containers (estimated price): 350€
- 40’ containers (estimated price): 400€
Broker fee (excluded from the quote above)
- 150€ per container
- For shipments to the Madeira island - if sent via POE Caniçal, the broker fee is 1500€ (instead of 150€) and we recommend that the client pays directly to the broker there.
Rate includes
- Pick up of full container from the port of entry;
- Transport of the container up to the client’s residence, based in good access;
- Complete unloading, unpacking, setting up of furniture up to the 2nd floor;
- Removal of debris on the day of unpacking;
- Return of the empty container to the port.
Rate excludes
- Inspections which occasionally happen (150€ for sea and air shipments) per shipment;
- For charges paid by the client at the destination, 5% administrative fees apply
- Duties (if any), terminal handling charges (THC), local charges from SSL or airport charges;
- Storage and demurrages;
- Bank transfer fees;
- Physical inspections;
- Hosting and outside elevator service;
- Deliveries above 2nd floor without elevator;
- Deliveries with abnormal or long-distance access (more than 30m. to door);
- Shuttle services or Warehouse Handling;
- Parking fees and town hall permission;
- New furniture with original packaging (type IKEA);
- Walls and ceilings fixations, as well as water, gas and electrical installations;
- Weekend services;
- Grand piano or other difficult or heavy item (EUR 300 extra)
