Our quotation includes the following services at origin:

• New export quality Packing material for packing and loading, Triwal in case of Air.
• Stuffing of packed effects into container / Lift vans as per requirement and quotation.
• Inventory / labeling / marking / local transportation to port /airport.
• Export Documentation and handover of shipment to the shipping line / airline.
• Standard Customs Clearance.

• SEA/AIR Freight – Custom clearance at origin and local terminal handling charges, export documentation, expediting fees etc. Ocean freight charges up to arrival port of entry. Door to Port /Door to Airport charges only. Sea freight rate is not included. Contact us for an additional price indication

Exclusions:

• Fumigation fees.

• Casing of fragile items.

• Quarantine Inspection, Steam cleaning, Fumigation fees or any charges relating to it.

• Assembly / Dismantling of IKEA or IKEA type or Brand-new furniture.
• Shuttle Service in case of long carry or difficult or unusual access or stair carries above 2nd floor if required.
• Any and all receipted charges payable at destination like for AIR – ATHC. For SEA – DO/DTHC, NVOCC, Port charges, duties, taxes, extensive customs examination, GRI (sudden freight increase) etc.
• Piano/safe handling / Hoisting charges.
• Packing on Weekends, Public holidays, or overtime.
• Any third-party charges, such as electrician, plumber, carpenter services, e
• Any union or warai charges at origin.
• GST tax chargeable additional @ 18% on the actual final billing amount, or VAT as applicable.
• Marine Insurance: If required, we will facilitate insurance @5% (min premium USD 100.00. We use globally renowned insurance companies specializing in personal effects.
