Rate Includes:
• Normal customs clearance
• One delivery to residence based on easy access, not above the 1st floor
• Unloading of shipment at customers residence
• Unwrapping and simple reassembly of furniture items
• Removal of debris during on the day of delivery only.
• Documentation/ Import Permit
• Set up of basic furniture: bed & table only. One time positioning of all items.
• Normal access.
• Transportation from Port to residence.
• Return of empty container (FCL)-IF APPLICABLE

Terminal Handling Charges
AIR ATHC approximately SGD 70.00 per 100kgs chargeable weight ,FCL THC is approximately: SGD 390-450.00 per 1x20 ft. container, SGD 460-580.00 per 1x40 ft. container
Delivery Order charge is approximately SGD180.00 per set
LCL THC, local & warehouse charges is approximately SGD180.00-240.00 per cbm, minimum of 3 cbm.
* We highly suggest to prepay all destination local charges at your end *
5% Disbursement Fee is applicable if THC, Port Handling Charges, NVOCC, Shipping Line charges are not prepaid at Origin. Same fee is applicable for any container washing/damage/repair charges billed by depot upon return of empty container.
Wire Transfer fee or Bank charges / admin fee, US$50.00 minimum
Shuttling Services if require (US$150.00 per day)
Stair carry US$25.00 per bulky item, US$25.00 per cbm (boxes) per floor (2nd floor up)
Safes/vault handling charges $250.00 minimum up to 2nd floor/level
Uncrating services, if required (unless quoted)
Container washing/damage/repair charges billed by depot upon return of empty container, container parking fee at $150.00 minimum per 20ftcontainer, $250.00 for 40ft container.
In case LCL shipment is loose loaded (no pallet/case/liftvan packing) additional charges for labourers will apply.
Port Storage & Demurrage if any
Permit/ Declaration of Duties and Taxes (liquor, tobacco, and motor vehicle) per origin country of the item
Liquor Permit @ US $150.00 minimum of 5 lines (brand), thereafter US$15.00 per line
Insurance, GST, Duties & Taxes if any will charge at cost to customer
5% Disbursement fee for GST, Duties and Taxes payable by client/ agent
Placement of items into cupboards, shelves etc.
Re-assembly of new furniture’s, IKEA furniture, flat pack furniture, baby cots and associated items, wall units and the like, bikes and the like, home gyms, trampolines and such items, book shelves, shelves and racks, cupboards, and bunk beds
Handyman Service (US$90.00 per hour minimum of 2 hours)
Handling of Upright Piano to ground level only (US$300.00)
Note: Charges for handling of grand piano and baby grand to ground level will depend on the model and specification
Difficult Access, Long carry, stair carrying (origin and destination)
Maid Service, Electrical Work, Disposal Service
Lift Padding fee, if any (Imposed by Building Management)
GST is payable for the Food Items imported into Singapore . Therefore, we will require the value & HS Code of each item for declaration 5% Disbursement Charges for the GST amount payable.
(Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore) AVA Permit Charges for food items imported: US $35.00 Per Block of 5 lines (HS Code) min
Electrical Work
Storage and warehouse handling charges

Saturday (12:30 PM onwards), Sundays, and Public Holidays Services
Intensive Customs Inspection Fee, if any.
Quarantine Inspection and disposal fee for items pertaining to the said inspection, if any.
Rate validity is thirty (30) days from date of quotation.
