ü       Placement of boxes as requested (For unpacking of boxes to a flat surface add $0.75 per CF) Min. $100

Destination Rate Excludes:

 

ü       US THC (We recommend to prepay this charge at origin. Cost plus $100 if not prepaid)

ü       Demurrage

ü       Customs examination 

ü       NVOCC/CFS/Airline Charges 

ü       ISF Filing 10+2 (Must be submitted 48 hours prior to the loading onto the vessel at origin. If not prepaid, the additional $40 for HHG consignment & $100 non-HHG consignment will apply)

ü       Piano Handling (Grand $875, Baby Grand $675 & Upright Piano $275) Ground floor only.

ü       Handling of heavy items (i.e. Safes, Gym Equipment, Pool tables, etc.)

ü       Split delivery

ü       Stairs Fee (Delivery above ground without elevator each flight $0.45/CF) Minimum $75/flight

ü       Elevator Surcharge (Elevator use is $0.45/CF) Minimum $75

ü       Taxes, Duties and Bonds

ü       Uncrating custom crates and removal ($40 minimum, or $3/CF)

ü       Assembly of Flat-Pack Furniture

ü       Certificate of Insurance for Building Management $125

ü       Shuttle Service ($1.5/CF with a minimum $475)

ü       Long Carry (Beyond 75ft of reasonable access it is $1/CF each additional 50FT)

ü       Parking Permits/Tickets

ü       We do not handle CITES Classified shipments.

2. Power Of Attorney (POA)

3. ISF Filling (10+2 Form)

4. 3299 Form (Declaration for Free Entry of Unaccompanied Articles)

5. Supplemental Declaration Form   6. Passport Copy a) Copy of VISA or Green Card (For Non-American Citizens)

7. Inventory list of items in English.

 

 

Please note: All documentation is required for a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival of vessel/flight to avoid incurring additional charges. U.S. Customs will not accept the descriptions “Misc.” or “Contents Unknown” on a packing list.
