- Handling of heavy items (i.e. Safes, Gym Equipment, Pool tables, etc.)

- Stairs Fee (Delivery above ground without elevator each flight $0.45/CF) Minimum $75/flight
- Elevator Surcharge (Elevator use is $0.45/CF) Minimum $75
- Taxes, Duties and Bonds
- Uncrating custom crates and removal ($40 minimum, or $3/CF)
- Assembly of Flat-Pack Furniture
- Certificate of Insurance for Building Management $125
- Shuttle Service ($1.5/CF with a minimum $475)
- Long Carry (Beyond 75ft of reasonable access it is $1/CF each additional 50FT)

- We do not handle CITES Classified shipments.
