This rate is based on direct delivery from Port-to-Door and includes:

• Customs clearance of used household goods - which is free of duties and VAT.
• Inland transport from the port / rail / CFS of discharge
• Normal destination service with same day removal of debris

This rate does not include:

• THC and Port charges for sea shipments
  FCL:   USD 520 per container – fixed amount
               If THC is prepaid, port charges will still apply – USD 150
  LCL:   USD 80 – 180,00 per cbm gross
  For LCL shipments we will bill you as per outlay + 10% outlay fee
• THC Air (USD 0.8 per chargeable kg)
• Storage
• Difficult access (elevators, stair carry above 1st floor, long carry, etc.)
• Customs inspection (very unusual)
• Demurrage / Duties / Taxes

Our rate is valid for sixty days from the date of quoting.

Terms of payment:

Fidi and Harmony Members 30 days from invoice date. For non-members payment is required prior to delivery of shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing with Stadsbudskontoret / SBK Moving.

For customs clearance we will require the following documents prior to the arrival of the shipment:

1. Packing inventory list in English
2. Copy of consignee’s passport
3. Bill of lading or AWB
4. Contact information in Sweden for the shipper
5. If shipper is not registered with the Swedish authorities, please let us know in advance.
