Import FCL destination services

Note: Car loaded in container with household effects add an additional £185. Should we be required to unload container via depot due to poor access, low vehicles or 4x4’s, allow an additional £440 for the vehicle handout at warehouse, and re-delivery of the effects. Motorbike entry add additional £125 to rate. Re-delivery rates from store will be quoted upon request. DTHC if NOT pre-paid, allow an additional £250.00

ALL RATES ARE QUOTED AND PAYABLE IN BRITISH POUNDS STERLING (GBP)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our rates include the following services and charges:

• Clearance for used household effects for the UK and Europe
• Collection and return of container to port via steamship line haulier/carrier
• Delivery to destination (mainland) assuming good access for a large vehicle
• Delivery up to the European first floor only
• One time placement of goods, unpacking of furniture items, unpacking of cartons onto flat surface only, with Basic Re-assembly of standard construct items only (not IKEA/flat pack furniture, maximum 12 nuts/bolts/screws), and removal of debris on day of delivery only

Our rates exclude the following:

• Port Rent & Demurage, Airline Storage fees
• UK Terminal, Port and Handling fees
• Customs X-ray and Inspection fees
• Terminal/NVOCC charges for LCL freight
• Any Third-party Agency fees and Handout costs
• Congestion, Low Emission, Clean air, or safe lorry zone charges

The above costs will be recharged at cost plus a 7% processing fee (Min £65.00), whichever is greater.

Subject to VAT as applicable, when billed directly to the Client.

• Insurance
• Customs Entries for non-household/commercial items
• Duty and/or Taxes – Subject to a 3% Disbursement Fee (Min £65)
• Split delivery (Delivery to more than one address)
• Charges due to Abnormal Access e.g. shuttle, long carry, stair carry, double handling.

• Parking Suspensions, Permits or Parking Tickets incurred
  Note: Parking Suspensions are subject to a £85.00 processing fee- VAT applicable when billed directly to the client.
• Un-crating fees
• Handyman charges for flat packed / Ikea style furniture, light fittings etc.
• Handling of heavy items (more than 2 x man lift) e.g. piano, safe’s, pool tables etc.
• UK fuel surcharge, may be applied in case of proliferate increase
• Storage, Warehouse Handling and Re-Delivery Fees

Additional charges:

Motorbike clearance entry -£125.00 – (Motorbikes add to FCL or Groupage delivery rate)   

Storage in transit:

Warehouse Handling Fee - £0.30 per cuft

Storage per Week - £0.07 per cuft

Vehicle Storage per Week - £35.00

Rates are based upon storage at our depot. Minimum storage charge £10.00 per week.

Consignment Instructions

Please send advice of shipments at least seven days prior to freight arrival at port to avoid port rent costs. For Detail consignee and notify party as follows:

For shipments bound for remote areas or with access limitations Eurogroup International fully reserve the right to change methods of shipping / if necessary transship loose loads to own vehicles for the onward transportation to residence.

Deliveries to other destination countries and offshore islands quoted upon request. Our rates are valid for 30 days unless agreed. Payment terms are prior to sailing for export shipments or upon arrival into port for import shipments unless otherwise agreed with our office.
