Important Note

• In case CML is requested/required to pay any fees on behalf of client/partner, a min disbursement fee of USD 100 or 10% of the total amount being paid by CML (which ever amount is higher). This charge will be added to the final invoice to client/partner.
• For shipment including car services, please note that returning citizens need to visit the customs authorities.

Inclusions

Rate presented includes the following services:

• Delivery Order fees at APOE/POE
• Normal customs clearance formalities and delivery order fees
• Return of empty container
• Transportation from terminal / airport to residence within 50 miles radius with normal access
• Unloading and stair / elevator carry up to second floor
• Unpacking and placement of goods into required rooms
• Removal of Debris in the same day of delivery

Exclusions

Rate presented does not include the following services:

• THC and NVOCC at destination terminal: $50.00-75.00/CBM for LCL, $100 for 20’ and $150 for 40’ against official receipts
• Customs duties & taxes, VAT or any other government levies
• Demurrage & storage at port or at site
• Shuttle services
• Delivery above 2nd floor, USD 75 per floor
• Handling of any art of work
• Handling of heavy lift items or pianos, saves, …. itc
• IKEA type of furniture
• Long carry, external elevator, parking permit
• Third party services (handyman, maid, electronic installation, hanging curtains & paintings, chandeliers etc.)
