Our rates include the following services

• Complete unwrapping
• Setting up of basic furniture
• Removal of debris
• Complete customs clearance
• Inbound transportation
• Delivery to residence up to 2nd floor
• Documents: Packing list, Express AWB, copy passport

Our rates do not include the following services

• Airport & terminal handling charges
• shuttle services costs
• Crane or outside elevator
• Piano delivery
• Unpacking of cartons
• Customs inspection
• Storage (start from the 5th day of vessel arrival)
• Abnormal access
• Local VAT
• Customs taxes & duties
• Local fees are excluded and will be billed back to customer as per receipts (unless otherwise instructed)

Notes:

► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.

► If the customer is a Brazilian citizen and has not resided abroad for more than one year, import taxes will apply to their relocation. This does not apply to foreign diplomats.

► There is no minimum allowed for beverages. Any beverage imported into Brazil must be paid an import tax of 50% of the declared value to enter. Does not apply to foreign diplomats.

► Please note that our LCL (Less than Container Load) import quotations do not include destination port charges, which must be previously negotiated at origin by the agent with an NVOCC that has agreements to bill at destination. If this negotiation is not made, the charges may be on average USD 5,000 for 10 days, and we will not be held responsible for these charges.

► Please note that LCL (Less than Container Load)import taxes are very high, so we do not recommend sending cargo as LCL.
