Our rates include the following services - Complete unwrapping of all furniture items only
- Setting up of basic furniture
- Removal of debris
- Return of empty container to Johannesburg Container Depot/Terminal only
- Complete customs clearance
- Inbound transportation
- Delivery of HHG to residence up to 2nd floor (Pianos to Ground Floor only)
- Handout of Vehicle at our JHB Depot/Warehouse
- Import Cargo Dues

Our rates do not include the following services - Port & terminal handling charges (SEE REMARKS ABOVE)
- shuttle services costs
- Crane or outside elevator
- Piano delivery
- Unpacking of cartons
- Customs inspection
- Storage (start from the 5th day of vessel arrival)
- Abnormal access
- Local VAT
- Customs taxes & duties

► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.
► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis.
