RATES:

INCLUSIONS:

  Disassembly of furniture, packing(international standard) and collection of goods at the customer's residence;

  Road transport from customer addressto our warehouse in Lisbon;

  Palletization of the cargo;

  Regular export customs clearance;

  Delivery of the LCL / pallets at theport of departure;

  Port/shipping company taxes atorigin;

  International sea freight from theport of origin to the port of destination;

EXCLUSIONS:

  Destination taxes, any destinationservice, volume increase, change of origin address, shuttle – included for thiscase, warehouse handling (8€ / cbm) – included for this case, services onweekends or holidays, wooden boxes or crates, heavy items, piano handling,items by stairs (above the 2nd floor), long carry, storage, insurance, customsinspections, exterior elevator,  taxes,handymen, vehicle handling, taxes /duties/ VAT, bank fees.

  Town hall parking permit (250€),police authorization (175€ / day).

PAYMENTTERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  Pre-payment required unlesssomething different was agreed previously.

  This quote is valid for 30 days.

  The sea freight is valid forboarding until 10/01/26

JURISDICTIONAND APPLICABLE LAWS

• For the resolution of any disputes arising from this contract, the parties elect the jurisdiction of the District of Lisbon, with express waiver of any other, and Portuguese law is applicable.

Important: A reimbursement fee (10%) ischarged if WIQUEL MOVING has to pay any charges, costs to any third parties oncustomer behalf (sea/ air) company charges, terminal charges, customs charges,etc).
