- Documents: Packing list, Express B/L, copy passport, Please note: If the goods are to be imported duty-free as household relocation goods, we will need the following documents before the vessel arrives in Germany: an employer’s letter (proof covering at least the last 12 months), your new registration certificate in Germany, flight ticket and boarding pass. It is possible that further information or documentation may be required.

Our rates include the following services - Complete unwrapping
- Setting up of basic furniture
- Removal of debris (at Day of Delivery)
- Return of empty container to port
- Complete customs clearance
- Inbound transportation
- Delivery to residence up to 2nd floor

Our rates do not include the following services - Port & terminal handling charges
- shuttle services costs
- Crane or outside elevator
- Piano delivery
- Unpacking of cartons
- Customs inspection
- Storage (start from the 5th day of vessel arrival)
- Abnormal access (walkway more than 20 metres, delivery higher than the 2nd floor without elevator)
- Local VAT
- Customs taxes & duties

► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.
► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis. .
