  Documental procedure for sending thecargo to Azores island

  Preparation of the cargo and loadinginto the new CTR (when applicable)

  CTR haulage from Lisbon terminal toour warehouse and from our warehouse to Lisbon port

  Sea freight from Lisbon port to Praiada Vitoria POE in Azores (1x20 CTR exclusive sea freight / LCL (groupage))

  CTR haulage from Praia da Vitória POEin Azores to customer address in Angra do Heroismo (good access considered)

  Directly and simple delivery tocustomer residence up to 2nd floor with normal access

  Return of the CTR to the terminal

 

EXCLUSIONS:

 

  SEA DTHC - Approx. 450€ for 20´CTR /Approx. 550€ for 40´CTR / 40´HC CTR, approx. 150€ / cbm for LCL (minimum chargeof 320€)

  NVOCC charges, sea company charges,sea terminal charges, sea terminal storage charges (it can cost from 15€ / dayor higher, it will depend on the CTR size and terminal the CTR is stored in theport), demurrage/ detention (the costs can go from 90€/ per day or higher, it willdepend on the sea company you choose. Try to negotiate at least 15 days withthe sea company you choose).

  Customs inspections (if any – it canvary from Approx. 250€ to Approx. 650€)

  Shuttleservices (10€ per cbm – minimum charge of 250€)

  Town hall parking permit (250€),police authorization (175€ / day).

  External elevator, piano handling,vehicle handling, long carry, stair carry (over 2nd floor), heavyitems (more than 100kg), insurance, import taxes /duties / VAT, storage (10€/cbm/month), warehouse handling (8€ / cbm – included for Lisbon warehouse), increaseof volume, change of delivery address or additional delivery address, handymen,bank fees.

  Unpacking and assembly of furniture,opening of boxes to flat surface, debris removal (in Azores, the team does notunpack or assembly anything, it is just simple delivery of the goods).

 

PAYMENTTERMS AND CONDITIONS:


  Pre-payment required unlesssomething different was agreed previously.

  This quote is valid for 30 days.


JURISDICTIONAND APPLICABLE LAWS

 

  • For the resolution of any disputes arising from this contract, the parties elect the jurisdiction of the District of Lisbon, with express waiver of any other, and Portuguese law is applicable.

 

Important: A reimbursementfee (10%) is charged if WIQUEL MOVING has to pay any charges, costs to anythird parties on customer behalf (sea/ air company charges, terminal charges,customs charges, etc).

 

Please don´tsend any shipments to Portugal without our greenlight.
