Documents needed for customs:  Passport copy, Draft BL, Inventory, Origin and UK address, Transfer of residence approval 

It is very important that the customer has their Transfer of Residence Approval from HMRC and we would advise obtaining this before loading the shipment.

Failure to supply a TOR Approval will make the whole shipment applicable to Duties/Taxes.

A standard unpack which consists of unpacking of furniture

Placing boxes in the needed rooms at counter level and assembly of basic furniture such as beds, sofa and table.

Remove debris on the day of the removal

Port Fees, congestion fees

Unpacking of boxes abnormal access

Heavy items such as Piano's and Safes

Long carry (over 20 m)

Parking permits, split deliveries

External lifts

Customs exams, taxes

Demurrage charges, and third-party services.
