CHARGEABLE BASIS
	Origin rates will be charged on the following basis:

	HHGS with Auto		Based on the respective FCL sole use container OA rate plus Lumpsum Rate for Auto with HHG's
	Multiple Containers with HHGS		Shipment is rated at the weight band of the combined weight of the 2+ containers provided:
			i) There is one shipper/consignee
			ii) The uplift of both containers is executed at the same time
		Charges will be applied on the basis of the total net weight of the shipment multiplied by the appropriate rate applicable to the total net weight

	FCL Sole use:		20' container:    2000 lbs.
			40' container:   Loose Packed - 6000 lbs  /   Lift Van Packed - 5000 lbs
			40' High Cube container:   Loose Packed - 6000 lbs  /   Lift Van Packed - 5000 lbs

INCLUSIONS/EXCLUSIONS
	Rates include:
	Pre removal survey
	Supply of normal materials and Packing and wrapping of all articles
	The cost of ISPM 15 compliant used or like-new liftvans and air containers
	Preparation of inventory of all packages
	Collection from one normal access residence as per our Origin Service Requirements**
	Loading of goods as per the costed method of transport
	Preparation of all normal documentation
	Rates exclude:
	Container rent prior to stuffing
	Multiple collection points
	Storage charges on consignments held at customers request.
	Insurance
	Specialist crating or packing of delicate or valuable items.
	Services outside the terms of the Origin Service Requirements

ANCILLARY SERVICES
Rates are based on the provision of services outside the scope of the Allied Service Charter and
should be used in conjunction with the appropriate rates appended to the destination city.

	** Normal Access is defined as
	A single mainland residence accessed by direct road route. Vehicle must be able to gain legal and safe access and park
	within 25 metres of the ground floor entrance to a house or an apartment door. Collection and/or delivery must be
	able to take place through an unobstructed entrance/stairs/elevator large enough to accommodate all goods.
	Collection and/or delivery will be from/to the ground floor or the second floor (assuming that the ground floor
	is the first floor) An additional fee will be charged for the use of an elevator
