Our rate includes the following services: Terminal Handling Charges (THC) and delivery order. Normal customs formalities and customs inspection fees. Segregation of personal effects from the car (in 1 x 40’ container) and delivery to the consignee at the seaport depot. Transportation of the personal effects on a separate truck to the consignee’s residence within Beirut, assuming normal access.
The rate excludes the following: 11% VAT. Import port dues (to be settled by the consignee and adjusted against receipt). Customs duties. Shuttle services: USD 11.00 per CBM (including 11% VAT). Storage/Demurrage charges (payable against receipt). Stair carry charges above the 3rd floor: USD 8.00 per CBM (including 11% VAT). Long carry charges: USD 5.00 per CBM (including 11% VAT). Special handling for piano: USD 450.00 (including 11% VAT). Safe handling for items exceeding 200 kg: USD 350.00 (including 11% VAT).

Please be advised that certain items are prohibited from being imported into Lebanon, which are described below: - Narcotics and Drugs: Any form of illegal drugs or controlled substances.
- Firearms and Ammunition: Weapons, firearms, and all types of ammunition.
- Counterfeit Goods: Products that infringe upon intellectual property rights, including counterfeit currency and imitation brands.
- Hazardous Materials: Toxic substances, radioactive materials, and chemicals that are deemed hazardous.
- Pornographic Material: Any pornographic or obscene materials, including literature and audiovisual content.
- Explosives and Pyrotechnics: Fireworks, explosives, and similar materials.
- Endangered Species: Any products made from endangered or protected wildlife and plants, including furs and ivory.
- Certain Food Items: Some foodstuffs that do not meet health regulations or are deemed unsafe for consumption.
- Stolen Property: Any goods that are identified as stolen or obtained illegally.
- Used Tires and Certain Vehicles: Certain used automotive parts, particularly used tires, may also be restricted.
Additionally, any discrepancies in the manifest or weight will besubject to customs fines and will be billed separately.
