INCLUDED SERVICES
Customs Clearance — Full import customs clearance for used household goods and personal effects.
Port Handling & Bonded Warehouse Use — Port reception, bonded storage, and coordination of clearance formalities.
Container Drayage — From port of entry to bonded warehouse and delivery to the final address.
Fumigation / Quarantine Fees — Standard treatment and related port charges.
Delivery at Residence — In-home delivery, placement of furniture, uncrating of lift vans or wooden crates, and basic unpacking.
Removal of Debris — Collection and disposal of packing residues on the day of delivery.
EXCLUDED SERVICES (Available upon request at additional cost)
All-Risk Insurance Coverage — 3.5% of the declared shipment value.
Long Carry / Shuttle Service — USD 125 per location (if required due to restricted truck access).
Stair-Carry Service — USD 10 per item per floor for deliveries without elevator access.
Handyman Service — USD 75 per hour (minimum 4 hours).
Maid Service — USD 75 per day (8:30 am – 4:00 pm).
Extra Unpacking Day(s) — USD 350 per additional day.
Customs Inspection Unloading — USD 350 if requested by authorities.
Customs Duties and Taxes — Any government fees, duties, or fines.
Storage at Bonded Warehouse — After 7 free days, USD 2 per CBM per day.
Special Permits — Costs for restricted items (food, weapons, electronics, etc.).

For Foreign Citizens Moving to Panama:
Passport copy and valid residency visa or work permit.
Detailed valued inventory list (signed by shipper).
Original Bill of Lading / Air Waybill.
Notarized Power of Attorney authorizing Best Move Inc. to act on shipper’s behalf.
Proof of employment or residency in Panama.
For Panamanian Citizens Returning to Panama:
Copy of Panamanian ID or passport.
Proof of residence abroad (minimum 12 months).
Signed valued inventory list.
Bill of Lading and customs declaration.
Tax exemption request (if applicable).
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Validity: Quotation valid for 90 days from issue date.
Storage: 7 days free storage at bonded warehouse from arrival date.
Delivery Zone: Applies within Panama City metropolitan area. Outlying zones subject to additional charges.
Final Billing: Based on actual volume/weight and services performed.
Insurance: Optional All-Risk coverage available (3.5% of declared value).
Payment Terms: 50% deposit upon acceptance, balance due upon completion of service.
