Our rates include the following services

• Complete unwrapping
• Setting up of basic furniture
• Removal of debris
• Return of empty container to port
• Complete customs clearance
• Inbound transportation
• Delivery to residence up to 2nd floor

Our rates do not include the following services

• Port & terminal handling charges
• shuttle services costs
• Crane or outside elevator
• Piano delivery
• Unpacking of cartons
• Customs inspection
• Storage (start from the 5th day of vessel arrival)
• Abnormal access
• Local VAT
• Customs taxes & duties

Notes:

For domestic duty exemptions, a reasonable amount of household goods is permitted under these conditions:

1. Foreigners Moving Domicile to Thailand: Must hold an immigrant quota in their passport or alien identification certificate.

2. Foreign Nationals Working in Thailand: Must have Immigration Bureau permission for a stay of at least one year.

3. Foreign Nationals Entering as Experts, Specialists, or under Government Contract:** Must have a letter from the government agency certifying Immigration Bureau authorization for a NON-IMMIGRANT stay of at least one year.

Remark: Foreigners entering Thailand under the Non-Immigrant O category (e.g., retirement or accompanying a Thai spouse) are ineligible.
