Offloading and delivery to the residence with normal access, max. 2nd. Floor

Unpacking and placing to a flat surface

Removal of debris on the day of delivery

Return to the empty container to the port where applicable

Insurance

Customs related costs as duties, taxes, and inspection fees

Parking permits; shuttle; 

Haulage to our WH if not possible to unload car at residence; If not possible to unload at residence  car will be unloaded at our warehouse for customer to collect.

Outside elevators/ crane

Assembly of new furniture of any kind in original packaging

Third Part Service for difficult disassembling/ assembling of furniture ( e.g. Ikea, swing set ), taking more than half an hour per item.

Handling of pianos, safes, and other heavy objects

Valet, Electrician, or Handyman service

Port storage and Demurrage charges

Scanning cost

Administration cost for bonded clearance

One time warehouse handling charge in/ out – 13,00 GBP p/cbm

Storage charges p/month or part thereof – 13,00 GBP p/cbm

Important Information:

ü       This offer is valid for 30 days and is subject to our General Terms and Conditions

ü       Our rate is valid for actual freight rates, actual surcharges, and actual rates of exchange. In case of variations, we reserve the right to adapt our rate.

ü       Minimum density is 6.50 lbs. per gross ft³.

ü       Terms of payment: new clients are kindly requested to pre-pay the shipments before the service. Post Payment may be granted after a business relationship of minimum 1 year. 

ü       Rates do not apply for any off shore British Territory Islands

Documents required:

ü       Fully detailed and numbered inventory (No PBO / Misc.)

ü       Customer contact details and address

ü       Copy passport and visa (if applicable)

ü       TOR reference No. - to include Vehicle as well 

The shipper is required to apply for ToR relief, we recommend that the application is submitted before the goods are shipped. The completed form must be sent directly HM Revenue and Customs. Successful applicants will be sent a unique code to give to us so we can make the customs declaration into the UK on their behalf. Please include this code on your manifest instructions.
