·       Documents required: Packing list, Express B/L, copy of passport, residence ID and online authorization through FASAH to our customs broker

Our rates include the following services

  • Complete customs clearance
  • Inbound transportation
  • Delivery to residence up to 2nd floor
  • Complete unwrapping
  • Setting up of basic furniture
  • Removal of debris
  • Return of empty container to port

 

Our rates do not include the following services

  • DTHC, DO fee and Port charges. for dry port Approx. LCL.U$.125 per CBM, U$1000 -1100/20’FT & 1200 – 1400/40FT, will be billed as per actual 
  • Bank fee US$30/- will be applicable for all international transfer 
  • Customs duties 
  • shuttle services costs
  • Crane or outside elevator
  • handling heavy items such as piano, safety vault etc.
  • handyman and third-party services  
  • Port storage (start from the 5th day of vessel arrival)
  • Abnormal access.

 

Notes:

► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on a prepaid basis.
