 Based on delivery address, we cannot have good view or know which is the exact house.

 If we can place container on side street Lomos Altos, we will require a parking permit with cut off traffic permit. This can take Min 7-10 working days, maybe client can arrange for it. 

If we need to handle it for client see below aprox cost. If we cannot place container we would consider Shuttle Van needed see below.

Additional charges:

- Rate includes handling/uncrating 4 items free of charge considerin easy handled by 2 men. Additional cost for 5th crate €50

 - Grand Piano handling included in above quote considering delivery with good access conditions and ground floor delivery. Excluded use of 3rd parties or cranes.

- Special Parking permit €150-200 aprox tbc

- Shuttle Van if needed €12/cbm Min charge €120

- Maid service for full unpack of boxes and putting away €45 per person/hour - Min 2 people / Min 4 hours

- Assembly of dinning table is included considering simple assembly, excluded Handyman services or 3rd parties
