Our rates include the following services - Basic furniture unwrapping
- Setting up of basic furniture
- Carton boxes deliver into rooms
- Removal of debris on delivery date
- Direct container unloading delivery
- Return of empty container to port
- Complete customs clearance
- Inbound transportation
- Delivery to residence on normal access

Our rates do not include the following services - Port & terminal handling charges
- shuttle services costs or delivery via warehouse
- Wooden crate handling
- Demurrage/Detention
- Crane or outside elevator
- Piano delivery
- Unpacking of cartons
- Customs inspection
- Storage (start from the 5th day of vessel arrival)
- Abnormal access or staircase moving
- Local VAT
- Customs taxes & duties

► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.
► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis. .
