More than 1 flight of stairs, long carry over 75’, shuttle or elevator

Parking permits or ferry fees

Heavy bulky items; piano, game table, hot tub and/or safes

Automobiles/motorcycles

Additional Charges

Shuttle service: $0.12/lb - $300 minimum

Unpacking: $0.12/lb - to first flat surface

Elevator: $0.035/lb - $75 minimum

Warehouse handling: $0.095/lb - if customer is not ready for delivery

Monthly Warehouse Storage: $0.055/lb per month

Uncrating $25/crate
