Inclusions
- Assistance with customs clearance – as per Canada Customs: Consignee must self-clear at Customs Office; we will provide consignee with arrival notice and address of nearest customs office
- Pick-up from incoming terminal
- Delivery to customer residence up to 2nd floor
-Simple set up of beds/tables (under 8 screws per piece)
-same day debris removal
Exclusions
- Destination terminal charges (DTHC)
- Demurrage
- Storage
- Duties/taxes (if any), customs fines, examinations / scans / fumigation / quarantine
- Customer to insure they have made arrangements for any required municipal parking permits - any tickets/fines/penalties incurred will be charged back to customer. If parking of large trucks or containers is not permitted, then shuttle service charges will apply.
- Improper access, long walking distances, handyman service, assembling any flat pack / complicated or Ikea style furniture, overweight or bulky items that require more than two people to lift (pianos, treadmills, industrial equipment, etc.)
- Shuttle service $650 per 20' container, $900 for 40' container
- Stair carry over 2nd floor
- Unpacking of boxes

Pre-pulling of container from terminal to avoid demurrage $275
