Import Requirements: - Passport
- Declaration Form (with original stamp) - if received at time of arrival to Canada
- Packing/inventor list (attached for your backup)
- Proof of residency outside of Canada for more than 12 months (for example: copy of ultility bill, lease agreement, etc.)
- BL (Express Release Copy)
- DTHC must be pre-paid at origin
Payment Instructions:
Payment must be made in full before shipment is delivered to the client.
