Documents Required:

Self attested and notarized copies of valid passport, visa, copy of airline ticket, detail packing list (carton wise), shippers declaration forms (will be provided by us), shippers contact details in India and Overseas.  Do let us know if any of the documents are not available so that we can advise alternate documents accordingly.

 

Terms & Conditions:

This quotation is issued for above referenced shipment only. Rate is subject to our routing of the shipment and choice of airport. Due to fluctuating land, ocean and air freight charges and other cost factors, this rate will be valid for a period of 15 days or the end of the month, whichever is earlier. Should there be any emergency surcharges within this period, you will be notified. Also any sudden foreign exchange rate fluctuation during the period can have an impact on the quoted amount.

 

Rates also exclude any charges for clearance of new items, motorized vehicles, foodstuff, alcohol, firearms or animal products or trophies which are controlled through governmental divisions. These charges, if levied, will be assessed and billed to you directly. Custom of the trade and/or ports will prevail. We do not hold any responsibility if any prohibited, restricted or antique items are found by authorities as a part of the shipment.

Payment Terms:

Payment will be expected in advance on presentation of invoice. We are pleased to offer 15 days credit to our regular associates on prior agreement.

  

Final rate shall be based on the actual volume after packing, weighing and measurements & we reserve the right to modify the quote if actual packed volume differs from the estimated. Rate reduction will also be considered for quotes based on over estimation.
