OUR RATES INCLUDE

• Customs clearance of import
  
• Collection Container - LCL - AIR at port - airport terminal
• Transportation to the client's residence considering good access
  
• Delivery in residence up to the second floor without elevator.
  
• Unpacking and assembly of basic furniture (not Ikea type), removal of excess material on the same day of delivery
• Return of the empty container to the port (FCL only)

OUR PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE

• IN&OUT (10€/cbm)
• Port expenses at destination for FCL / LCL / Airshipments (€350 - €900 for FCL - 400 € - 1200 € for LCL - 300€ - 700€ for AIR Depending on the air/maritime line)
  * Any charge that is paid on behalf of the client/agent will entail a charge of 10% of the value with a minimum of €55 as an advance disbursement payment. Consider that even if the DTHC is prepaid, the shipping line can invoice port expenses at destination.
• Entry taxes in the Canary Islands ​
  
• Assembly of complex furniture or kit-type furniture such as Ikea, assembly and installation ofantennas, satellites, dishwashers, air conditioners, washing machines, etc.
  
• Charges related to night hours, weekends, vacations, holidays, etc.
• Charges related to the assembly andinstalación de installation service of appliances
• Handling pianos, safes, heavy goods.
• Charges for third party work and external services (Hanging pictures, curtains, blinds, closets, etc.)
• Fees / Taxes / Customs Duties /Exámenes X-ray examinations / Customs inspections / Fumigations or any other customs related expenses.
• Storage in the port or in Mudinmar, delays, port detentions.
• Bank fees 35,00 €
• Fees for difficult access to the residence such as parking permits, transportation, shuttle, deliveries above the second floor, use of external elevators

- Keep notice that in main citys migth be need parking permit  and warehouse in&out.

- Container delivery is not allowed in city centers. Please send us the complete delivery address before consigning the service.

- In the event that no credit has been negotiated, prepayment of the charges will be mandatory before delivery to the residence.
