• Delivery of household goods and personal effects to standard ground floor property with convenient access for a 26ft Truck to park within 75ft
• Unwrapping of furniture
• Cartons to be placed in the room of  choice
• Positioning of furniture as requested
• Set up of basic furniture to allow the client to sleep in the house on the first evening of delivery (does not include IKEA style flat packed furniture)
• Removal of all waste materials (at the time of delivery only)

• THC – $400-$1200 depending on carrier 
• Customs duties or taxes, GRI/VAT, X-ray, quarantine, and customs fines
• Objects stored in cabinets and shelves (rates are available upon request)
• Delivery above ground and first floor, long carry, stair carry, or elevator (please inquire about rates if you are aware that the delivery location is an apartment)
• Unpacking (White Glove service is available, please consult your sales representative for rates)
• Piano or heavy safes
• Parking fees
• Difficult access and/or shuttle service
• Parking reservation
• Crane
• Any extra services provided by third parties, such as a handyman
• Any fees related to customs detention, inspection, storage or fine
• Certificate of Insurance for Building Management ($125.00)
• Third-Party payments handling Fee: 15% of the amount paid (Min. $250)
