Terms and conditions :

• Validity : 30days
• Working hour 10:00 - 17:00 (For working on Weekend/ Holiday : Additional service fee will be applied.)
• Overtime : Weekday and Saturday after 17:00 / Sunday and National Holiday after 17:00
• Above rates excluded overtime ,insurance, Vat, import duty, port storage charges, inspection fee and any other official receipts. 
• Please note that the final billing shall be assessed on the actual packed volume and that the rate per cubic meter may increase or decrease depending on the final volume and shall be re-calculated accordingly.
• Minimum rate of Premium Insurance is not included. Premium Insurance = 2% of invoice value or minimum of 1,000 THB + VAT 7%.
• In case of job abrogation, please inform us at least 7 days before working date, otherwise we will charge 30% of the quotation rate.
• In order to eliminate any unnecessary delays please be sure to provide us with a signed photocopy of the following documents.

  - Photo, detail and visa pages of your passport
  	- Your arrival / departure certificate

Thai Origin Service

• Provide a team of professionally trained, full time employees for the deliberate and careful management of the wrapping and packing of your valuable posseonssions.
• Provide a supervisor conversant in English to ensure that all endeavors undertaken by SG SAGAWA CO.,LTD. The careful Movers on your behalf meet your expectations.
• Supply new export quality wrapping and double corrugated packing materials for the preparation each item individually including custom crating of fragile or valuable items.
• Professionally prepare all designated items at your residence on mutually agreed date inserting silica gel into each packed carton, fabric furniture, linen clothes, rugs and carpets to prevent water condensation damage during transit.
• Prepare all necessary export documentation including the packing list.
• Collect and transport those goods and chattels from your residence upon completion of the packing, transport from Bangkok to wharf for direct loading on Ocean Vessel.
• Ensure that company employees attend in person during any export clearance inspections and properly, professionally repack any inspected items to international export standards

► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.
► All charges should be paid at origin side. Local charges payable at destination before start clearance process.
► We will be happy to extend a credit of 30 days for partners who have established prior credit terms with us. We will handle all other consignments on prepaid basis. .
