- Customs clearance formalities.
- Delivery order fee.
- Customs inspection charges.
- Port charges.
- E-bayan online registration charges
- Destination Terminal Handling Charges – DTHC.
- Transportation of container from port to residence in Muscat.
- Delivery of shipment at residence in within Seeb city limits.
- Placement of boxes in desired rooms.
General Exclusions:
- Customs duties and taxes, Bond Customs fees (when applicable), GST, VAT etc.
- Port/Warehouse storage, detention and Demurrage.
- Government/Customs inspection/ examination attendance/extensive inspection, associated fees and related handling/storage charges if applicable, extra terminal and port fees / Terminal transfer fees / Toll fees / railway fees or levy if applicable.
- Port X-ray, Fumigation charges and similar customs fees when applicable.
- Truck congestion surcharge, railway / road levy tax, etc. if applicable.
- Peak season / congestion / emergency surcharges from shipping lines.
- Working on any holiday & weekends.
- Charges incurred due to inclement weather.
- Parking Permits.
- Handling of heavy cargo (such as a piano or a safe) Hoists or external lift.
- Services of professional trades people i.e. carpenter, electrician, Handyman.
- Assembly of new furniture or re-erection of modular furniture or flat packed furniture such as IKEA brand, including wall units etc.
- Full unpack of carton contents.
- Stair carries after 1st flight/floor.
- Delivery to residence with abnormal access (shuttle/long carry).
- Long Carriage Surcharge: over 25 meters from truck.
- Multiple pick-ups and split deliveries.
- Transhipment and storage cost in transit.
- Transit insurance charges.
- Unpacking of shipment & un-crating of boxes
- Assembly of beds, tables, and basic furniture, unless otherwise specified.
- Removal of debris on the same day of delivery completion.
Important notes:
Quotations are subject to change due to factors beyond FLG's control such as surcharges at the time of shipment and may be adjusted accordingly.
Pick-up / delivery is always arranged after confirmation from the shipper.
In case of any cancellation of the pick-up / delivery for whatsoever reason after confirmation of pick-up / delivery, cancellation charges will be applicable.
Any additional operational cost such as storage, detention, demurrages incurred due to Govt. Holidays or force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances would be at actual on account of shipper/consignee.
The total invoice amount to be received by FLG Shipping & Logistics without any deductions.
Rates exclude storage at ends, export, packing, any special attendance (if required), heavy lift & forklift services and any additional charges that may arise upon departure or at destination.
