Our rates include the following services

• Complete customs clearance
• Inbound transportation
• Delivery to residence up to 2nd floor
• Complete unwrapping
• Setting up of basic furniture
• Removal of debris
• Return of empty container to port

Our rates do not include the following services

• DTHC, DO fee and Port charges. for sea port Approx. LCL.U$.125 per CBM, U$600 -800/20’FT & 800 – 1000/40FT, will be billed as per actual 
• DTHC, DO fee and Port charges. for dry port Approx. LCL.U$.125 per CBM, U$1000 -1100/20’FT & 1200 – 1400/40FT, will be billed as per actual 
• DTHC, DO fee and airport charges for Air approx.US$.0.35/ACWT, will be billed as per actual
• Please avoid weekend arrival on air shipment from Thursday to Saturday and 24 hours free time for clearance, any additional days will cost port storage which will be billed as per actual. 
• Bank fee US$30/- will be applicable for all international transfer 
• Customs duties & taxes and Local VAT 15%
• shuttle services costs
• Crane or outside elevator
• handling heavy items such as piano, safety vault etc.
• handyman and third-party services  
• Port storage (start from the 5th day of vessel arrival)
• Abnormal access.
