  • Handling of heavy items (i.e. Safes, Gym Equipment, Pool tables, etc.)

  • Stairs Fee (Delivery above ground without elevator each flight $0.45/CF) Minimum $75/flight
  • Elevator Surcharge (Elevator use is $0.45/CF) Minimum $75
  • Taxes, Duties and Bonds
  • Uncrating custom crates and removal ($40 minimum, or $3/CF)
  • Assembly of Flat-Pack Furniture
  • Certificate of Insurance for Building Management $125
  • Shuttle Service ($1.5/CF with a minimum $475)
  • Long Carry (Beyond 75ft of reasonable access it is $1/CF each additional 50FT)
  • Parking Permits/Tickets
  • We do not handle CITES Classified shipments.
