for this service, which includes the following:
THC and delivery order, Import Port Dues, normal customs formalities, and Inspection Fee. Pickup the container from the seaport and delivery to the consignee’s residence within Beirut based on normal access. Unloading/unpacking, removal of debris on the same day of delivery, and return of the empty container to the seaport. Please note that the rate excludes additional charges, which may include: - Customs duties and demurrage determined by Customs and port authority.
- Shuttle services at USD 11 per CBM, including 11% VAT if applicable.
- Storage/demurrage charges as per official receipts.
- Stair carry charges above the 3rd floor at USD 8.00 per CBM, including 11% VAT.
- Longcarry charges at USD 5.00 per CBM, including 11% VAT.
- Specialhandling for pianos at USD 350.00, including 11% VAT.
- Safehandling charges for items exceeding 200 kg at USD 250.00, including 11% VAT.
- Anydiscrepancy charges and customs fines due to weight differences or other reasons, which will be the responsibility of the consignee and will be billedseparately and against official receipt
- An11% VAT surcharge will be added on our quoted rate.
- Anygovernmental approvals required will be at the consignee's expense.
