Our rate includes: Import customs clearance Import customs formalities Container haulage to residence Delivery to residence with normal access (up to 2nd floor, no lift and 20m carry) Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Unloading, unpacking of cartons onto a flat surface and removal of debris on day of delivery Basic assembly of furniture Returning of empty container after unloading Our rate excludes: THC / CSC at POE 350 EUR, applicable to Master or Liner B/L Additional volume Demurrage and detention Insurance NVOCC charges:  250 EUR, in addition to THC/CSC charges applicable to house or NVOCC B/L Drop-off charges for container X-ray charges may apply Heavy items Long carry (starts from 20m) Duties and taxes Custom inspection charges Demmurage / Storage fees Transport via WH Unplanned difficulties at destination Weekend work Parking permits Shuttle services Heavy items *** Please ensure that all items are clean and not soiled. Customs authorities can complete inspection directly at port or at destination, in which case we would charge for extra costs as per voucher. Please note that any item that came in contact with the soil might be subject to inspection. In order to minimize the costs of an eventual inspection, please load all "suspect" items at the doors of the container for "easy access" and ensure all items are thoroughly cleaned.
