        Personal effect mayneed Dog Inspection and it will make delay in the clearance, than the port freetime.

        Customs Duty, VAT& Bayan Charges at actual   

Ex- Works Excludes:

        Documentation, StorageCharges etc

        If any officialcharges like VAT, Duties, Penalties, Taxes, Fees etc

        Insurance at any stage 

        Fixing of electricalappliances, Special curtain, chandeliers, Picture Frames, LCD Wall bracket,Satellite Dish, Split A/C Removal and fixing, Kitchen Cabinet, Assembly ofbrand new furniture, plumbing & Electrical works, cleaning

Destination Services Excludes:

        Duties and Taxes ifany

        Demurrage charges ifany

        EBS, BAF or CAF if any

        Port Storage if any

        Customs Randominspection if any

Documents Required for personal effectsand household goods 

1     Online authorization to our customs broker license

2     Shipper ID copy with mobile number

3     Passport copy 

            4.    Packing List with value

            5.    LOI – Letter of Indemnity mustbe signed by finger print by the shipper.

                  If thebooking party is a cargo agency, then LOI must be issued on cargo

                 agencyletter head and must carry authorized signatory and official stamp

                 (withCR number).

                  LOI from cargoagency must be collected for each separate shipment. 

            6.   Shipper Declaration form signed by theshipper. If the booking party is cargo

                  agency thenvalid signature and stamp (With CR number) required.

General Terms

       If any variation of than mentioned work or change will reflect in theabove charge.

       The above quote is applicable on racking systems given/with normaldimensions.

       Acceptance of quotation is subject to acceptance of PINNACLE MOVERS& LOGISTICS Conditions available upon request. ***
