Our rates include the following services - Complete unwrapping
- Setting up of basic furniture
- Removal of debris
- Complete customs clearance
- Inbound transportation
- Delivery to residence up to 2nd floor

Our rates do not include the following services - Airport & terminal handling charges
- shuttle services costs
- Crane or outside elevator
- Piano delivery
- Unpacking of cartons
- Customs inspection
- Any expertise expenses, if applicable
- Storage (start from 1st day of airfreight arrival)
- Abnormal access
- Local VAT
- Customs taxes & duties (IMPORT DUTIES are 4,00 EUR / kg)

► All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days.
► All charges payable at destination must be predetermined if they will be reimbursed by the agent or shipper.
